How to Change Teleconference Service Providers
After selecting a new company, ask your existing provider for a list of teleconferencing users within your organisation.
Send an email to all staff explaining that:
- A new teleconference service provider has been chosen and why they are (cheaper, better etc)
- Bills from other providers will not be paid for calls taking place after a certain date
Contact your former provider and tell them that the service is no longer required and notify them that you will not be paying any bills after a cut-off date, so it is in their interest to close accounts for your company
You should expect your new service provider to assist you with the above.
