The interviewer and interviewee both call into a 1800 number – this means the call is free for the interviewee. It also contains all costs in one place.
Ten minutes after a call ends, you will receive by email a link to download the recording to your PC.
Assign costs to projects
Create separate “conference rooms” so that it is easy to separate/assign client costs. Detailed invoice allow you to see every line that was in every conference call so that it is easy to provide transparent data to your clients.
Faster access to costs for re-billing clients
If you need to know the costs of your outsourced services fast so that you can pass the costs onto your clients you can log onto the myHotAir portal and see costs minutes after a meeting ends.
Alternatively, we send invoices (by email) normally on the 7th of every month.

How are conference calls charged?
Meetings are charged per line per second. You can review our teleconference prices here.
Invoices are emailed at the start of the month and can be paid by electronic transfer, credit card or cheque.
