Teleconferencing Made Easy

Once your account is set up you can hold as many teleconferences as you like, any time of the day or night.  You need to distribute the telephone number and participant security code to the people who need to be in the meeting.
You should keep your security code confidential to prevent other people using your account and incurring costs.

To join the meeting:

1. Dial the telephone number
2. Enter the security code

Your participants will hear music until you (the moderator) join the meeting.  Your teleconference will not begin until you are there.  Once your conference call is up and running you can use the HotAir features.

If anybody on the conference call needs assistance they should  press star then zero on their telephone keypad.

When the last participant has disconnected, your conference call bill is generated.  You can allow your conference call to continue when you have left or you can choose to end it by pressing ##.
