How to Save a
Teleconference Recording to your Computer

 

Within 5-10 minutes of your meeting ending you will have been sent an email from HotAir. We don't send the recording as a file because mosr recordings would be too big to be sent by email.

In the email, click on the link called Recording 1.

This will open your browser. You will see an image similar to that shown below.

If you broke your meeting into mutiple recordings you may see Recording 2, Recording 3 etc.

 

To download the conference call recording, right click on the link called "right click this link".

If you are using a MAC hold the CTRL key down while you click on the link.

If you are using internet Explorer a menu will appear that looks like this:

Click on save target as and save the recording to somewhere you will easily be able to find it such as your desktop.

If you are using Firefox, the menu will look like this:

Click on Save Link As and save the recording to somewhere you will easily be able to find it such as your desktop.

Where is the the conference call recording?

You now have the recording saved on your computer as an MP3 file. You will be able to play it by double clicking on it.

If you forgot where you saved the recording, perform a search for: "Conference_Recording.mp3" (unless you have renamed it).
