How to Burn the
Teleconference Recording to a CD
Double Click on the on the conference call recording you have just downloaded. If you need help with this click here.
Most computers start playing the recording using Windows Media Player or iTunes.
Which does your computer use?
Windows Media Player
- Insert a blank CD into your computer and wait a few moments
- Click on the burn tab.
- You will see a list of your most recently added tracks and if you have only just double clicked on your recording, you will probably see it at the top of the list.
Drag your recording into the area marked "Burn List"
Click on the Start Burn button
Your computer will start creating an audio CD that you should be able to play in most CD players
My computer is using iTunes
If your conference call recording is not at the top of the list of tracks, type "conference_recording" into the search box.
- Create a new play list using the "+" button
- Name it something memorable
- Drag and drop your conference recording into it
- Select the new play list, you should see your recording
- insert a blank CD into your machine - wait a few moments
- Click on Burn CD
