Dial out to a participant
Once you have joined the meeting as a moderator, you can dial out both nationally and internationally.
This is how:
| Step 1 | Tell the system you want to dial out |
| Press *1 (Star then 1) this takes you out of the main conference. So that the meeting can continue without you | |
| Step 2 | Enter a telephone number |
| To dial overseas enter 0011 then the country code followed by # | |
| To dial within Australia, enter the full number including area code, for instance 02 XXXX XXXX followed by # | |
| The number will be repeated back to you. Press 1 to confirm or 2 to redial. | |
| Step 3 | Rejoin the meeting |
| Take the dialled line and yourself back into the meeting press *2 | |
| Disconnect the dialled line and take yourself back into the meeting press *3 |
If you need to retry or dial another telephone number press *1 to begin the dial out process again.
