Conference Call Recording
There are times when taking notes is just not enough. With HotAir the moderator (call leader) can:
- Start and stop recording at any time (press *21)
- Break the meeting into multiple recordings (like chapters in a book). This is useful when there are parts of the conference call you do not wish to be recorded.
- Download the recording as an MP3 within minutes of the meeting ending.
Using the recording
Shortly after the conference call ends (usually within 10 minuutes), an email is sent to the moderator containing a link to download the recording.
You can share the recording with other people by forwarding the email or by cutting and pasting the link into your own email.
The recording is an MP3 and will be stored on our servers for 60 days.

Costs (well, there aren't any!)
Recording a meeting is free of charge.

Most teleconference service providers have convoluted price plans that put the cost of a recording between $50.00 to $100.00. Many also make you wait a week for it!
